Mike Cavel - MCP, MCSA, MCT, A+, NETWORK+
Mike is a Microsoft Certified Trainer as well as a Certified Technical Trainer with over 25 years experience in the computer field. He holds several certifications including MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCT, A+, Network + . He is currently working toward Linux and Security certifications. Mike has been employed with EDP since 1998 as a Systems Engineer. Prior to joining EDP, Mike held several Systems Engineering positions with corporations such as Texas Instruments, The Braegan Corporation, and Uniserve, Inc., with experience on a vast array of hardware and operating systems. Mike trains on Server and Desktop operating systems with an expertise on Active Directory.
Steve Whited - MCP, MCSA, MCDBA, MCSE, MCT
Steve specializes in UNIX and Windows system integrations. He began his computer career in the early 80?s and has worked with various UNIX/Linux platforms for over 20 years. He is also familiar with Microsoft systems as well, having worked with them since the early DOS systems to the current Windows systems of today. Steve was the first EDP employee to hold Microsoft Certifications and currently has the following certifications: MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCDA, and MCT.
Greg Miller - MCP, MCDST, MCSA, MCSE, MCDBA, MCTS, MCITP, MCT, A+, Network+, CTT+
Greg is a Microsoft Certified Trainer as well as a Certified Technical Trainer with 20 years experience in the computer field. He holds several certifications including MCP, MCDST, MCSA, MCSE, MCDBA, MCITP, MCT, A+, Network + . He is currently working toward his CCNA certification. Greg has been employed with EDP since 1999 and currently in the role of Asst. Vice President. Greg can train on multiple topics, but his expertise is in networking.
David Gravley - MCP, MCSA, MCITP, MCTS, MCT, MCDST, A+, Network +, 3Com Certified IP Telephoney NBX Expert
David has over 20 years of experience in the IT World from Small Business Consulting to holding Corporate level positions. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from LeTourneau University. Upon leaving the United States Air Force in 1992 he specialized in PC-based network operating systems as they gained popularity focusing on UNIX and Novell. He has served as IT Manager for large companies and was over IT operations of a Maquiladora in Del Rio, Texas/Acuņa, Mexico. Over the years, David has held the position of Systems Administrator for UNIX, Windows, AS/400, and Novell servers. His detailed working knowledge of Microsoft products, affords him the ability to educate students on relevant "real-world" situations as he facilitates in the relaxed, lab driven learning environment. David specializes in Microsoft networking products with emphasis on Windows 2003, Windows Desktops, Exchange, IP Telephony, and network security. David is married with three children and lives in Overton, Texas. He has been a Trustee for Overton ISD for nine years and serves as the Board President. In his spare time he enjoys Quality Family time, Church Youth activities, and Golf.
